Completion of Oxford Executive Leadership Programme

Thrilled to announce that I’ve just finished the Oxford Executive Leadership Programme course with a very high grade (97.3/100).

The course has helped me to build my leadership framework including goals, objectives as well as action plans for execution and map it to my current role and responsibilities. It also helped to shape my vision and strategy of channel competency development in ASEAN and how I can enable my CSE team to be a role model for the partner SE community.

I would like to thank all the lecturers, speakers and tutors at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford especially Steve Mostyn for a great study experience.

Last but not least, I also would like to express my gratitude to my SE leaders Orcun Tezel, Eddie Lim for your great leadership, sponsorship and support.

Nghe mấy-người-anh nói về lít-đờ-síp (leadership) mà mỗi người nói một kiểu chẳng ăn-nhậu gì nhau, nhức đầu và không thể hiểu nổi nên người-nông-dân đành phải rón-rén đi học một khóa cho nó bài-bản xem thử lít-đờ-síp là cái chi-chi. May quá sau 8 tuần vừa làm vừa học đúng nghĩa sấp-mặt luôn thì cuối cùng cũng xong (thở phào nhẹ nhõm, lol). Giờ ngồi nhớ lại không hiểu sao mình có thể làm được khi tối hôm trước còn ngồi lai-rai với các anh em đến nửa đêm, xong phê-phê đi nằm được 3 tiếng đến 3:00 sáng nhổm dậy mắt nhắm mắt mở làm bài tập (assignment) và kịp upload lên hệ thống lúc 5:00 sáng trước khi hệ thống đóng cửa lúc 5:30 sáng. Cái cảm-giác làm bài tập lúc 3:00 sáng khi vừa mắt-nhắm mắt-mở mà còn đang say-say phê-phê nữa, thiệt nó ĐÃ gì đâu kkk :)))
